Walsall Together has an exciting opportunity for one or two highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team and help us drive our organisational development and workforce agenda.
As part of the role/s we are looking to understand and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of integrated teams and develop a bespoke approach to developing these teams.
We also want to use data to understand the current and future workforce, identifying gaps, looking at existing workforce initiatives across the borough and identifying where the partnership can add value.
Reporting to a senior manager the successful candidate/s will work alongside operational teams, build strong stakeholder relationships across partnership organisations and have the opportunity to play an instrumental part in driving change in the biggest transformation to date of health, social and well-being services.
Candidates will need to have skills and experience in organisational development and change programmes. The role/s would ideally be suited to individuals looking to gain experience of workforce and organisational development across organisational boundaries within an integrated care partnership.
The offer is for a secondment opportunity or fixed term basis for 9-12 months initially.
We have some flexibility depending on the level of interest received and can offer up to 5 days per week for an individual candidate or we can split the role across two candidates for 2-3 days a week. Salary is negotiable dependant on skills and experience up to a maximum annual salary of £45,000 (pro rota if applicable).
