Mental health is one of the identified priorities for both the Health and Well Being Board and place-based partnership. Black Country Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are redesigning community services across the Black Country and as a partnership we are supporting with the Walsall element.
This includes:
- A description of the model for Walsall
- Specific areas of development and their impacts on Walsall citizens
- Identifying the long term future of mental health work in the Family Safeguarding Model
